Each plays a role digestion and weight control . When they are produced at the right levels, your body is able to run smootly and efficiently on the energy it takes in through food . When biochemicals are either too high to too low , your ability it takes to control your weight and metabolize food singificantly affected. Dopamine controls your ability to maintain an efficient metabolism as well as your self control when it comes to food . When it is at the proper levels , you can quickly burn through the foods you eat and lose weight , and you can easily walk away from temping foods like ice cream . When you are low in dopamine , your metabolism slows down , and the foods you eat start to from body fat . You are also less able to maintain self control. Acetylcholine helps determine brain speed and mental agility and it provides the lubricants for your muscle , bones and other internal systems . When your brain sends a low acetylcholine signal , you begin to crave faty foods to provide extra lubrication . when you feel mentally slow , be vigilant about choosing good fats over bad fatts.

Gabba stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid a biochemical that controls the way information is transmitted from your brain to the rest of your body .When you low in Gaba , you fell stressed and anxious . If you’re strenght training or doing cardio in a warm environment , be sure to drink about 20 ounces of H2O on hour before your workout and other 20 ounces during exercise
