Monounsaturated are found in nuts ,olives , peanuts , avocados , and olive and canola oils .like omega 3s,these fats help reduce cholesterol levels and protect against heart disease ,but they also help you burn fat ; in one study ,researchers found that the body burns more fat in the five hours following a meal high in monos after than after a meal rich in saturated fats . Monounsaturated fats will not only lower your cholesterol and help you burn off your belly but also help you eat less .People who ate mashed potatoes prepared with oil high in monounsaturated fats like olive oil felt fuller longer than when they ate taters cooked with polyunsaturated fats like vegetable oil .

Each plays a role digestion and weight control . When they are produced at the right levels, your body is able to run smootly and efficiently on the energy it takes in through food . When biochemicals are either too high to too low , your ability it takes to control your weight and metabolize food singificantly affected. Dopamine controls your ability to maintain an efficient metabolism as well as your self control when it comes to food . When it is at the proper levels , you can quickly burn through the foods you eat and lose weight , and you can easily walk away from temping foods like ice cream . When you are low in dopamine , your metabolism slows down , and the foods you eat start to from body fat . You are also less able to maintain self control. Acetylcholine helps determine brain speed and mental agility and it provides the lubricants for your muscle , bones and other internal systems . When your brain sends a low acetylcholine signal , you begin to crave faty foods to provide extra lubrication . when you feel mentally slow , be vigilant about choosing good fats over bad fatts.

Gabba stands for gamma-aminobutyric acid a biochemical that controls the way information is transmitted from your brain to the rest of your body .When you low in Gaba , you fell stressed and anxious . You can boost Gaba by eating foods rich in vitamin B , the precursor to this biochemical . Good sources nuts, beans , extra lean meat.

Strenght training is great for weight loss. And there’s no reason for anyone not to be strenght training. It is essential for weight loss becasue it will burn fat , burn calories , improve insulin sensitivity and glucose uptake , and make you stronger . it is also preferred over aerobic training done on cardio machines such as a treadmill becasue it will produce a more favourable muscle-building response and burn more fat . Strenght training improves lean mass and builds muscle , which , in turn , raieses your metobolisim to support a leaner body composition .

Artus Shakur Nutrition Even though you’ve amped up your workout ,you still have to give your body enough recovery time .The sorness that accompanies a workout is usually caused by torn muscle fiber .A rest day allows the fiber to heal , so you’ll find that you wont feel as sore the next time workout .As the muscle is repairing itself ,it will also drive up your metobolisim , so you’ll burn more calories..You will need to eat more during recovery to help your muscles repair themself .So if you working out hard for the past 2 months , a whole week off is well deserved.
