Sea salt is natural , so it’s better for you than table salt
Sea salt contains contains about the same amount of sodium as table salt. The diffrences between sea salt are taste ,texture and how they made . Sea salt contains trace minerals from the seawater , but the amounts are minuscule and wont make positive difference in your health .Sodium can be important for hydration in endurance spoting activities .But,on a day-today basis,whichever salt you use ,choose small amounts for heart health . You can also use garlic ,lemon jucie and herbs for salt-free flavouring .
